Samples Dashboard
The blue ribbon is located on the left-hand side. The menu item with a white background, in this case the Dashboard, shows you where you are currently located. The overview has three possible views: Surveillance (A), Contacts (B) and Samples (C). You can switch between the views by clicking on the respective button at the top right. The active view is highlighted in dark blue.
Click on the “Samples” button (C) to access the Samples Dashboard.
Period under review and filters
The period to be viewed can be selected directly under the "Samples Dashboard" heading.
SORMAS automatically selects a comparison period to compare the data in relation to the previous period. The default period is first "this epi-week" compared to the "epi-week before". This abbreviation stands for "epidemiological week", which always covers the period from Monday of the same week to the current week.
Click on the respective button, e.g.: today's or yesterday's day or an individual time period. If a user-defined time period is selected and confirmed by clicking the button, SORMAS automatically selects a filter for the comparison.
Further filters that you may apply include selecting a relevant data, region, type of sample (human or environment) and disease.
Click “APPLY FILTERS” to see the results from the applied filters.
